Praline Pecans
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2-1/3 cups pecans
- Combine sugar, soda, salt, and buttermilk.
- Boil 5 minutes at 210 degrees.
- Add butter and pecans and cook 2 minutes at 230 degrees.
- Cool slightly and beat until creamy.
- Drop on wax paper.
Cook and enjoy!
