MEATLOAF

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 lb hamburger
• 1 cup oats
• 1 cup tomato juice
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 egg Salt and pepper to taste

Glaze:

• 1 cup ketchup
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 1 Tbs brown sugar

Combine all ingredients together and form into loaf.

Bake in loaf pan for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

Mix the glaze ingredients together and spread over the loaf for the last 15 minutes of baking.
