Immediately after breaking up is a problematic period for the future chances of any relationship. Your actions in the days and weeks to follow are going to have a huge effect on whether you get back together or not. Do not allow your chances to fall because you make mistakes. 1. Don’t phone your ex. Doing this is not nutty as if you telephone them you will push them away. Constant bombardment with telephone calls is a serious no-no in the making-up arena. A ton of calls everyday will make them feel frightend, miserable and tired. This is the last thing you need happening. They need to get time on their own to relfect on your past. They’ll be recalling the good times and bad times at this stage, but harassing telephone calls will just have them focus on the bad and reinforce the choice. This isn’t how to get your ex back.

2. Don’t be needy. Not one thing hurts you greater than hanging onto your ex stating you need them. You could not make it much worse. You are only going to crack your image if you appear to be emotionally demanding and not able to attend to your own feelings. You must attempt to seem [like as if] you are okay about things. This is a great way to start to win your ex back. Your ex must have time and space to examine their own needs so they will not have room to assist with yours as well.

3. Don’t plead with them to come back. This would be a nightmare just following a break-up. You must keep it in mind not to go follow this path, however real you feel, as there is only negativity about it. When you behave in this way it appears that you have lost the plot and then may be a continuing issue in the future and this is not a lot to be happy about.
