2. Don’t be clingy. Not one thing damages you greater than holding onto your ex saying you need them. It would be hard to make it worse. You are only going to damage your image if you seem to be demanding emotionally and unable to take care of your own feelings. You have to look fine with the choice and even aloof. Seeming to be an emotionally needy individual at this time will put too much pressure on your ex to support you when they will want time to think about their personal.

3. Don’t beg them to return. Doing this after a break is inviting problems. You must keep it in mind not to go down this road, however real you feel, as there’s just negative energy surrounding it. It’ll cause more strain because you appear to have all together given up and will be a proper emotional burden for your ex in the future.
