Free Digital Camera from Earthlink Doesn’t Work

I signed up for an Earthlink account for 3 months because they were running a promotion that you would get a free digital camera if you stayed with them for 3 months. It has now been 3 months.

I received my camera promptly, but it would not work. So I returned it along with a note saying why it would not work. They sent me another camera to replace it.

Guess what? It would not work either. The flash would not even work!!

Do they not check these things before they ship them? The first time, I could understand. But I would have checked the second camera before I shipped it since the first one was faulty!

I am so pissed at these people! They could not even call me or respond to an email I sent to let me know what is going on.

I am just sitting here waiting blindly for the UPS truck to see if I even get the other camera.

I did not even use the internet service! All I wanted was the camera! I should have took my $60 and went to Kmart! Would have been alot easier!!
